Swetti

On these classes, sweat guarantee is given! The content of the class consists of modern circuit training. In Sweaty classes, barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rowing machines, and many other tools are used. The intensity of the workout is high, which means that the lungs burn, the heart rate approaches peak levels, and lactic acid is felt in the muscles.

Woima

In the Woima class, the focus is mainly on large multi-joint movements and their accessory movements. Examples of such exercises include variations of deadlifts, squats, different pushing exercises, and upper body pulling exercises. The classes use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and a power sled. These classes will help you become safely strong!

Liike

In the 2020s, stretching is no longer enough. Taking care of mobility and body maintenance involves much more than static stretching. With Liive, your body stays in shape and life becomes more enjoyable. These classes are a great support for office workers, and with regular practice, stiffness and discomfort become a thing of the past. Kahvakuula

During Kahvakuula classes, you train effectively using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. Kettlebell is a versatile tool that can be used to develop strength, endurance and mobility. Training with kettlebells in combination with bodyweight exercises creates an effective workout routine. This training method is different from traditional barbell training and therefore it is a particularly fun and versatile addition to your training.

Sisu

These classes aim to develop endurance in a diverse way. You will learn what heart rate zones and equipment to use for endurance training in a sensible way. Classes use equipment such as the assault bike, rowing machines, ropes, and sleds. It is possible that sometimes we will go outside the gym door to run. This class is a great way to join the Motivus Racing team and participate in running and other endurance sports events.

Kroppa

On these classes, exercises are done solely using your own body weight. Bodyweight training is fun and the possibilities are endless. The classes are influenced by several different disciplines, such as dance, gymnastics, and martial arts. You live your whole life in the same body, and on these classes, you learn how good and functional your body can be. Bodyweight training and Motivus are for life.

RVP

R-V-P. This class is pure Motivus nostalgia. The classes are really fun and, as the name suggests, the training content focuses on the lower and middle parts of the body. Your thighs will burn, your abs and buttocks will ache, but the reps will add up as the coach cheers you on.
