On these classes, exercises are done solely using your own body weight. Bodyweight training is fun and the possibilities are endless. The classes are influenced by several different disciplines, such as dance, gymnastics, and martial arts. You live your whole life in the same body, and on these classes, you learn how good and functional your body can be. Bodyweight training and Motivus are for life.

⁠In the classes, there is always a shared warm-up, followed by a full-body workout. You will learn the basic movements of bodyweight training and gain an understanding that bodyweight training does not only mean push-ups and burpees.
