These classes aim to develop endurance in a diverse way. You will learn what heart rate zones and equipment to use for endurance training in a sensible way. Classes use equipment such as the assault bike, rowing machines, ropes, and sleds. It is possible that sometimes we will go outside the gym door to run. This class is a great way to join the Motivus Racing team and participate in running and other endurance sports events.

⁠Sisu classes are often implemented as circuit training. The movements are such that they can be done safely for long periods of time. Thanks to the Sisu classes, other training is easier as your endurance improves.
