⁠⁠Motivus has a wide selection of group exercise classes, with 7 different types of classes available. The programming behind the group exercise program is created by the Motivus coaching team and is reflected in the structure, repetitions, and difficulty of the classes. Each individual class is also carefully planned by a skilled coach.

⁠⁠The end result is safe and fun workouts that guarantee progressive development. The Motivus community is also supportive and encouraging, helping participants to exceed their own expectations time and time again!

⁠⁠By following the Motivus 3X formula, the cost per group class is less than 10 euros: 3 workouts per week and the rest of the time is for living. As a group exercise customer, you can reserve all available group exercise classes from the calendar and also use the gym independently within the opening hours. The duration of each group exercise class is always 60 minutes.
