Woima

In the Woima class, the focus is mainly on large multi-joint movements and their accessory movements. Examples of such exercises include variations of deadlifts, squats, different pushing exercises, and upper body pulling exercises. The classes use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, bodyweight, and a power sled. These classes will help you become safely strong!

The class always starts with a shared warm-up, followed by strength training according to the program of the current season. The classes are based on programming that ensures participants' progress. During the Woima classes, the coach provides guidance on strength training and programming, which enables participants to implement sensible strength training independently.⁠
