WEIGHTLIFTING BEGINNERS COURSE AT MOTIVUS
Interested in weightlifting but not sure where to start?
In Motivus’ beginners course, you will learn the fundamentals of weightlifting and gain the skills needed to train independently as well.
During the five-week course, you will learn the basics of weightlifting, develop your strength training, and hopefully discover a new hobby.
The course is led by Motivus weightlifting coach Henrik Helkela, who has extensive experience both in coaching weightlifting and competing in the sport.
With the help of Motivus' trained and skilled coaches, you will achieve your desired goals. In individual coaching, your starting situation is first assessed and based on that, the coach will plan a comprehensive program that serves your goals.
