The Motivus Method® has been developed to meet the needs of everyday people. We aim to offer everyone a safe and effective way to train. Our method has been refined over more than 15 years and works for beginners, fitness enthusiasts, and competitive athletes alike.
The Motivus Method® is based on understanding human movement patterns and selecting the right training methods at the right time. With our method, anyone can start exercising safely at home using just their body weight. Often, this sparks a passion for fitness, and training continues later at the gym or through other enjoyable forms of exercise.

Safe and effective exercise is for everyone. The core principles of the Motivus Method® are safety and progressive overload. Regardless of starting fitness level, anyone can achieve incredible results by doing the right things in the right doses.
Movement Patterns and Load Physiology
The Motivus Method® is based on utilizing movement patterns. Squatting, lifting arms overhead, lifting heavy loads, pushing, and pulling are essential movements that everyone should be able to perform.
Physical performance builds upon learning these movement patterns, and training is developed based on this understanding. Knowledge of load physiology determines how exercise is dosed.
