You can come to Motivus just as you are, whatever your condition. I was nervous at first, as I only had little previous gym experience. However, the first time around, the coach and I went through the movements carefully and I realised that I didn't really need to know anything to start exercising. I always feel super good after a workout and can't wait for the next one. The coaches are supportive and take every trainee into consideration, giving tips and different variations to the movements. Motivus gave me the motivation to work out at the gym!

Motivus got me excited about weight training again after a 15-year break. The facilities at Konepaja are great and the coaches really know what they are doing. All the techniques that had been learned a bit wrong in the past were looked at right from the start. Even if at the beginning of the training you feel that today is not the right day, the cheering coaches, a good gang and a well thought-out training session bring a lot more energy. There are several different guided training sessions and they vary a lot every week, so I have never got bored. It's a shame to go home after a workout, but luckily you can come back the next day :) I highly recommend Motivus.
