Maiju Jauhiainen
Sports have been a part of my life since childhood – I grew up in team sports, but individual sports have also played a big role along the way. Over the years I’ve been involved in ice hockey and football, but especially tennis, skiing, and my newest passion, golf, have taken my training to a new level. Through sports, I’ve learned a lot about myself and how physical activity can support well-being throughout life.
As a coach, I want to help you find a way of moving that truly works for you. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and inspiring – something that naturally fits into everyday life and supports your well-being in the long run. The benefits of training show and are felt in daily life: in energy, recovery, and long-term functional capacity.
I’m an approachable and encouraging coach who genuinely wants to support you in making lasting changes. My coaching focuses on individual needs, whether your goal is everyday well-being, improving performance, or finding a new sport.
I’m particularly interested in physical coaching for different sports. If you want to develop your physical qualities to support your specific sport, I’m the right coach for you. I have experience in physical training for both tennis and freestyle skiing, and my passion is turning the demands of a sport into concrete steps for progress in training.
