⁠Maiju Jauhiainen

Sports have been a part of my life since childhood – I grew up in team sports, but individual sports have also played a big role along the way. Over the years I’ve been involved in ice hockey and football, but especially tennis, skiing, and my newest passion, golf, have taken my training to a new level. Through sports, I’ve learned a lot about myself and how physical activity can support well-being throughout life.

⁠As a coach, I want to help you find a way of moving that truly works for you. I believe exercise should be enjoyable and inspiring – something that naturally fits into everyday life and supports your well-being in the long run. The benefits of training show and are felt in daily life: in energy, recovery, and long-term functional capacity.

⁠I’m an approachable and encouraging coach who genuinely wants to support you in making lasting changes. My coaching focuses on individual needs, whether your goal is everyday well-being, improving performance, or finding a new sport.

⁠I’m particularly interested in physical coaching for different sports. If you want to develop your physical qualities to support your specific sport, I’m the right coach for you. I have experience in physical training for both tennis and freestyle skiing, and my passion is turning the demands of a sport into concrete steps for progress in training.
