Ilse Sarelius
I enjoy training in a versatile way, but my personal favorites are all kinds of functional workouts. I compete in Hyrox, and as a balance I also practice yoga, in which I’m a certified teacher (RYT 250h). Through these experiences I’ve gained a broad perspective on exercise and the human body as a whole – from tough training to relaxation and recovery.
As a coach, I want to see you as a whole – your goals, how you’re feeling, and your life situation. Whether it’s gym training, running, or Hyrox, we’ll build a way of training that works for you. I’m also trained in exercise during pregnancy and postpartum recovery, so I can safely and professionally take those needs into account as well.
In my classes and coaching, you’ll find a combination of a relaxed atmosphere and effective training – we definitely train seriously, but what matters most is that it’s fun and keeps you motivated.
