Henrik Helkelä

Physical activity has always been an important part of my life. Through exploring many different sports, I eventually discovered CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. These disciplines also marked the beginning of my coaching career.

As a coach, I strive to meet each client as they are and to find a coaching style that suits them personally. What matters most to me is that the client feels they’re making progress—without the sense of forcing it. After all, exercise should be fun if it’s going to become a lifestyle.

⁠⁠My coaching philosophy is: move well, look good. In other words, movement quality and quality of life come first—appearance follows naturally. I want each of my clients to feel good in their own body and be able to do the things they enjoy with it.

⁠My special expertise is in Olympic weightlifting, but I’m also highly familiar with functional training and traditional gym training. I’ve coached everyone from national-level athletes to those who are just discovering exercise—and everything in between. Whether you're an athlete aiming for competition or someone seeking a lifestyle change, I’m here for you!
