Ismail "Efe" Yetiskul
I’ve always been very interested in trying different sports, and many of them have become a regular part of my life. Over the years, I’ve built quite a versatile mix for myself — these days, I sweat it out through football, padel, strength training, and endurance running.
Sports should have goals. That way, it’s easy to track progress and celebrate achievements. However, for me, the most important thing is that training should always be enjoyable and safe. When we find the right rhythm together and you reach your goals, that’s a victory for me too.
Before becoming a coach, I spent most of my career working in restaurants. From there, I collected an incredible bank of recipes — which I’ve since adapted to better suit an athlete’s lifestyle. Whether your goal is to bulk up or slim down, your food doesn’t have to be just chicken and rice.
