What is Motivus Startti?

Startti is a revolutionary and easy way to begin your workout journey at the gym. During the course, you'll practice correct exercise techniques, break a sweat with effective workouts, and most importantly, have fun!

⁠⁠⁠The course lasts a total of 4 weeks with sessions every Monday and Thursday at 16-17. Startti is coached by Motivus' head coach and founder of Motivus Method Joni Stenholm together with Tommi Aromäki. Each Startti fits 10 participants and the spots are filled in registration order.

Schedule

Week 1:

  • Squat and its variations
  • Upper body pushing movements


⁠Week 2:

  • Heavier squat variations
  • Deadlfit & upper body pulling movements


⁠⁠Week 3:

  • The basics of functional training
  • Core & kettlebell


⁠⁠Week 4:

  • Functional full-body workout (summary of previous sessions)
  • Strength focused full-body workout (summary of previous sessions)

⁠Startti has enabled hundreds of people to overcome the initial barriers of beginning safe and effective gym training. Many people hesitate about the suitability of gym workouts and whether they will enjoy the gym environment. Almost all those who have completed Motivus Startti have stayed to train in Ryhmäliikunta 3.0. Many people say that they cannot hold a gym membership for over a month, and now these same individuals, after completing Startti, attend multiple times a week and have remained customers for a full year already! The results speak for themselves.
