How can I buy a membership to Motivus?
All Motivus' memberships are purchased directly from the online store. After the purchase, you will immediately receive a passcode to the outer doors and instructions for downloading the access control application Kisi via email. Your membership is valid immediately after the purchase, and once you have downloaded the access control application, you can start training right away. As a group exercise customer, you can immediately book classes through your profile.
To start the purchase, click the "Join Now" button at the top of the website, which will take you to the registration page. When registering, fill in the required information, select the membership you want from the "Membership" section, create a password, fill in your payment card information, and press "Sign up". There you go, your membership is now valid.
How can I pay with my ePassi or other benefit?
At Motivus, you can pay with the following exercise benefits: ePassi, Edenred and Smartum. If you are a new customer, follow the instructions above. Once you have registered and purchased a membership, you can make future payments on your service provider's mobile app. You can also pay several invoices in advance at once. In most cases, we will receive payment information from your service provider, but it is a good idea to contact us by email to make sure we can connect the right person to the right payment (support@motivus.fi). If you would like to purchase a ten time card to the gym or group training, please contact us directly by email.
