Athletique Club Women

Athletique Club Women is a coaching program designed for women, focusing on developing key physical qualities such as speed, strength, and performance.

⁠This course is for you if you want to train in a more athletic and goal-oriented way – to make your body stronger, more functional, and more resilient. At the same time, you’ll build an athletic physique, improve your performance, and learn to train like an athlete.

⁠The group is limited to 10 participants.

⁠Training starts on November 2nd at 10:30 AM. There are two workouts per week: we meet every Sunday from 11:00–12:00 (the first session exceptionally from 10:30–12:00), and you’ll complete the second workout independently each week. You’ll receive clear instructions for that during our group sessions.

⁠The coaching lasts a total of 5 weeks, and the course fee is €200 (Early Bird price €175 until November 2). You can claim the early bird price by using the code ACW25 in the Motivus online store.

⁠During the program, you’ll receive a clear and progressive training plan, nutrition guidelines to support an energetic and restorative daily routine, a one-month gym membership at Motivus, as well as support from your coach Maiju and the motivating energy of group training.
